General Terms & Conditions

Perfumes

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product must be completely unused and in its original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clothing

  • Clothing items can be returned or exchanged for a different size or product if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

  • Refunds are available if the above conditions are met.

Important Information

  • All return, exchange, or refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers may need to ship the item back unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after verifying the returned product's condition.
